When you start your Bookitit account, you must follow three simple steps to access the system’s Control Panel:

1. The first step is to indicate the opening schedule of your center. A calendar will appear on the screen from Monday to Sunday from 00:00 to 23:45, separated in 15-minute intervals.

To select the hours when your center is open, make sure that at the top of the screen, in the “Open” and “Closed” buttons, the former is selected. If it is selected correctly, it will appear in green.

When you know the opening hours of your center, go to the box where your center will open and click the left mouse button. To select several boxes at the same time, hold down the button on a box and, without releasing it, drag the mouse to the desired boxes.

In case you wish to make a further modification and change the boxes from “open” to “closed”, make sure that you have selected the “Closed” button at the top of the screen. If you have selected it correctly, it will be displayed in green.

Now you can select the desired boxes to change them to “closed”. In the same way, if you want to select several boxes at the same time, hold down on a box and drag with the mouse to the desired box.

2. The next step will be to generate a service. The service is what you offer to your customers. For example, if you are a hairdresser, a service could be “Haircut for women”.

In this way, you must enter the name of the service, its duration and price.

3. The last step will be to generate an agenda. Agendas are the person, place or resource that provides the service to customers. For example, in the case of a hairdresser, the agenda could be one of the employees working in the center. In the case of a sports center, the agenda could be a sports hall or a sports court.

Thus, you will have to enter the name of the address book, the e-mail address and its telephone number.

At the end of these three simple steps, you will be able to access the Bookitit Control Panel to continue configuring your account.
